General information only
Presence in Motion content and experiences are for general informational, community wellness and recreational purposes only. They are not medical treatment, diagnosis, physiotherapy, psychotherapy or counselling, and they do not replace advice from a qualified professional.
Participation and conduct
Participation is voluntary. Participants are expected to follow reasonable instructions, behave respectfully, move at their own pace, stop when they feel unsafe, and follow applicable park rules. Presence in Motion may refuse or discontinue participation where reasonably necessary for safety, disruption or conduct.
Outdoor conditions and route
Outdoor conditions can include uneven and jagged terrain, slopes, roots, rocks, loose surfaces, mud, water, weather, insects and changing trail conditions. The planned October 18, 2026 route at Erindale Park is not wheelchair-accessible. Participants should be comfortable navigating outdoor trail conditions.
Event changes
Experiences may be modified, postponed, relocated or cancelled because of weather, unsafe conditions, park restrictions, emergencies or other circumstances affecting the event.
Intellectual property
The Presence in Motion name, website content, visual identity and original materials belong to Presence in Motion, 6Fifteen, QuantumWell or their respective licensors. They may not be copied or used without permission except as permitted by law.
Third-party services
The website may rely on or link to third-party services. Their availability, content and privacy practices are governed by their own terms and policies.
Privacy and waiver
Personal information is handled as described in our Privacy Policy. Participation may require acceptance of the separate Participant Waiver & Assumption of Risk.

We may update these Terms of Use. The most recent version and update date will be posted on this page.
