Who we are

Presence in Motion is a community wellness experience presented collaboratively by 6Fifteen × QuantumWell.

Information we collect

We may collect your name, email address, mobile number, registration and attendance information, referral source, whether this is your first Presence in Motion experience, messages sent through the Contact Us form or optional registration note, media-consent preference, future-communications preference, and limited technical information generated when you use the website.

We intentionally ask participants not to submit medical or sensitive health information through registration notes or contact forms.

How we use information

We use personal information to process registrations; send confirmations, operational event updates and cancellation information; respond to contact messages; improve the experience; maintain consent records; send optional future news and invitations where consent was given; administer media permissions; and protect the security and integrity of the website and event records.

Consent choices

Media consent is separate from registration. You may decline promotional use of identifiable photos or video and still register. Future promotional communications are also optional and sent only when you consent. Operational messages about an event you registered for are part of fulfilling that registration.

Sharing and service providers

We do not sell or rent personal information. We may share only what is reasonably necessary with service providers that help operate registration, email, website and data services, subject to appropriate safeguards and their service obligations.

Retention and safeguards

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including event administration, consent records and applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable administrative, technical and organizational safeguards, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.
